Noooooooo

Noooooo!!!  The weekend can't be over yet!   I just don't think this is kosher!!!!   The weekend can't be over yet can it!

Yeah yeah yeah...I had off today (Monday...presidents day) so it was already a long weekend!

It was a good one!   I did fairly well with eating until this evening when I was hungry and kinda went off the rails!!

I did splurge and I had quite a few chocolate covered strawberries....part of my Valentine's Day gift.   But seriously....it's strawberries!  That doesn't count as bad does it?  Shush....don't think about the chocolate....that is totally unimportant!!!

Let's see...the weekend.   I did get some time in on the treadmill.  Only a mile...but hey that's better than nothing!

We did the audio tour of Manasses battlefield (the second battle tour).   Yeah the audio tour for this battle was way lack luster and disappointing...the other ones we have done have been great!  But oh well...you win some you lose some!!

It was cold...only got one picture of the battlefield.  Oops

We got some snow...which turned the hour and a half drive home into...ohhh....5 hours.  Nothing major.   Ha.   I wanted to get a picture of the snow but I was focused on driving!

Weight wise?   We shall see!   In the middle of the snow and before I went home I did stop and stocked up on some  fruits and veggies....I was craving them!!! So I am set for the week...kinda!  :-)

Howdy..I tried to lose weight on and off for a long time until I found out that I was getting married. That's when I knew I really had to do something about it. Fortunately I found out about a program called the 3 week diet. I managed to drop 14 pounds in just under a month and felt fabulous on the day..
For anyone that is struggling to lose weight I would recommend taking a look at it. I found a helpful review at http://zappohealth.com/3wd
Ive tried other "diets" in the past, but this was something really different that worked.

All you need to do is search for the articles in your browser, filter by newest results, and post on articles that are less than a week old.

Thanks
Harry

lol...what is it with the chocolate covered strawberries this year? Several people have mentioned getting them for Valentine's Day. Now, I want some!!!! The battlefield sounds neat. We have one near here that I plan to explore more when it gets warmer. (We did a night tour, but you really couldn't see much.)

There are some health benefits to chocolate - particularly dark chocolate. Enjoy the strawberries!

Touring the battlefield is steps. It counts too.

Cool battlefield picture! We toured so many growing up and I've been wanting to get back there! I love Chocolate Strawberries! They are mostly fruit so not bad at all :)

Mmmmmmm. Strawberries! Those look so good and think of all the antioxidants you got:)

Cool battlefield picture. We live close to Fort Pulaski and go there a few times a year.
