Be Strong!!

 Just a little mid week pick me up and inspiration!!!

There are so many excuses about why we can't get fit, why we can't exercise, why we can't lose weight.  I'm not here to say that they are NOT valid....but they are just that.  Excuses.   If you want something bad enough, you will make it happen and there will be no such thing as an excuse!!!!

I just wanted to say that I , like you have struggled with weight. I lost 100lbs and regained and so on. Then I had a bad accident and well, I gained it all back! Lately I am so sick of seeing myself be fat. I stopped my one diet soda a day, I stopped the and to mouth habit (I quit smoking two years ago) so this was big for me. And I started to not think about food all the time. Which is hard becuase I cook for my parents all the time as well as my family. But Low and behold I started to lose .... in about 3 weeks time and not being as mindful as other times (meaning more relaxed around food) I have lost 16lbs! I think I have found the secret to my weight loss and hopefully you can get there too.

I guess my reason for writing you is that you have been in the same areas as I have been. I read your blog all the time and I just feel bad that you try so hard with not the results you want.

Maybe a more relaxed approach would help you too. :)

If there is one thing I excel at, it's making excuses! Unfortunately I have been doing just that all week, so I am heading toward another huge gain at weigh-in this weekend.
