Weight Loss Progress

My weight loss progress. I have interspersed some pictures at the various points of weight, with more to come.
Sept 1 244.4   I went back and forth between 241 and 244 all month long!!
August 10 241.6
August 2.  242.6

In November my father died and within a week or two I gained 20 pounds!  I struggled with that 20 pound gain for months... always weighing right about the same.

October 2017. 234.8

I maintained this weight give or take a few pounds for the next year.

Losing weight shouldn't be as hard as many people try to make it. People who are desperate to achieve weight loss are often prone to take more risks. The only reason most people fail in their fitness goals is that they have good intentions at first to adopt a new lifestyle, yet after a few weeks or months, they abandon their good intentions and slip right back into their old bad habits that gave them the excess body fat in the first place.
