I actually love the pills, they make my hip (and subsequent leg ache) so much better, but I'm not crazy about the long term side effects. I'm concerned about continuing to run long distances, but I'm also not willing to give it up yet. . . I sure know that feelin...I can empathize with you. I sure know that feeling well. You do everything right and step on the scale thinking you are going to have a great loss and the numbers go up rather than down. I used to get so frustrated. My leader would respond, "The check is in the mail." And she was right. Those gains are going to come no matter what we do. One time I exercised too much and ended up putting on 3 pounds.
