I us...I need to get back to not weighing so often. I use to just get on Wednesday morning and then weigh-in at TOPS Wednesday night but lately I feel like I'm on the scale twice a day. I couldn't take the ups and downs that seemingly have nothing at all to do with how well I'm eating or exercising.
