Serious inches lost. I carry my weight in the...Wow! Serious inches lost. I carry my weight in the butt & thighs so I must admit I am envious! Losing weight & inches like that is great. I finished week 2 of my line in the sand diet. I gained this week, but only 0.2 pounds. I was hoping to see consistency but. I have stuck to my 16:8 intermittent fasting but I think - no - I am eating too much in that window. Going into week 3, I am going to work on shrinking portions. I did run 4 days & 2 Total Gym sessions so exercise was good. I always do good with exercise but eating.....not so much.<br /><br />Paula CAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
