You may need to get new insoles (they make some for plantar, so that might help when you start back running again.Darcy Wintershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13762044938727103931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-80720874629137140692013-06-30T10:14:37.905-05:002013-06-30T10:14:37.905-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Darcy Wintershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13762044938727103931noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-15138794858998136142013-06-29T19:16:56.292-05:002013-06-29T19:16:56.292-05:00I agree that you might need to take a little break...I agree that you might need to take a little break and do biking or something less stressful on your foot than running. Royally sucks to have injuries. I was out of gym last year for 5 weeks with a broken thumb. <br />Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09499442282999349686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-34565344210677270772013-06-28T20:03:22.319-05:002013-06-28T20:03:22.319-05:00I got the number to my chiropractor, that is who f...I got the number to my chiropractor, that is who fixed my plantar problem. Mine started when I was overweight and started Zumba. I think my shoes contributed to it. Take the small break if you can bike do that. I know it's not what you want to hear but if that is what it is, you can get it fixed with rest and relieve. I've been doing one arm pullups on the assisted machine and doing pushing instead of pulling exercises. I also woke up the other day with unexplained hip pain.
