When I first started, I chose Friday as my weigh in day so I could "cheat" on the weekend and have the whole week to work on it not affecting my next weigh in. Now that I'm older, I don't think this mentality works anymore. I ...This is exactly what's in my head lately. <br /><br />I haven't seen the fireworks on my fitbit in quite awhile now. I'm slowly working my steps back up, I've been thinking about making Friday my official weigh in because the weekend is more relaxed with food and exercise. <br /><br />You may have just given me the motivation boost I need! I'll take a look at things and next week's plan may be new.<br /><br />If you ever want to, I'll do a challenge with you on fitbit. I like the 50K Monday - Friday. I may need to adopt that.<br /><br />Friday is a good weigh-in day - gives you a little more wiggle room. Though I do like Saturday (but I am not out and about so much like you!) because it forces me to be "good" on Friday so lessens the number of "not good" days I have. If I want a piece of cake, I eat it, but then watch what I eat other times. I've grown to love salad dinners and fruit as a dessert, but I do love my ice cream and have it at least once a week to satisfy myself.
