I am not a huge breakfast eater anyways so it works for me. My struggles are with the weekends but it's a great way to kick start a loss!!! It was ingrained in my brain that "you must eat breakfast", but so far it seems that skipping it has finally broken my weight plateau. I was worried about getting enough calories because I'm already on the low end, but I decided to not track it for awhile and just eat when/what I want.
