Not looking forwa...It's very hot here as well. Not looking forward to going out in it today and waiting for buses in this heat, but I don't want to miss my classes. I do qigong and line dancing not so much for my dieting, but to keep myself limber. I have osteoarthritis throughout my body and it helps to keep moving.
