Remember the journey to those victories! I'm certainly not updating it regularly because then I'd have to admit that I keep gaining weight and that's not something I want to put on my "weight loss blog." I have in the past done the sugar free/fat free options, but have decided against it this time around. I want to be ‘normal’ and live normally not restricted! I’m just working to find the balance!!!MaryFranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02507347923712459651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-24319044547902187982018-06-29T17:53:54.708-05:002018-06-29T17:53:54.708-05:00Congrats!!!! I think daily weigh ins work for some but not for me. I can't believe you missed that first big loss, though!Shelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05890227462052573887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-62485859802426209292018-06-29T10:42:17.039-05:002018-06-29T10:42:17.039-05:00Congrats on the weight loss- great accomplishment!...Congrats on the weight loss- great accomplishment! You can and will succeed in your weight loss, and letting others know is great as hopefully they can be your support system. As a suggestion and what has worked for me in the past - If you have challenges with late night snacking, set a time that you will stop eating... no matter what. We usually are not hungry a few hours after dinner, but eat out of habit or boredom. If you set a time, it doesn't matter what the cake or cookie is saying to you, the clock has already made the decision for you :) PS. I weigh daily as well, and yes you can get jumbled in the numbers. IT's again, more habit than anything..... I know it won't do me any good. So Thursday is my weigh in day at WW. I, too, like my sweets at night. I try to make it a piece of fruit but there are times that that just isn't enough. I usually steer away from sugar free stuff as I don't like the taste, but by mistake one time I picked up the Jello snack pudding Dulce le Leche. Got home and discovered it was sugar free, but I didn't want to take two buses back to the store so I kept it. It was delicious. I buy it all the time now.mxtodis123https://www.blogger.com/profile/13583200601379394225noreply@blogger.com
