So I have no clue where my weight is. I know that Tuesday I didn't do to great, i had some pumpkin bread at work....not just one piece either. Yesterday I held my own and didn't do all that badly. We spent the day in the car so there was absolutely no exercise. Today i was on fire with my eating and exercise. I actually jogged for about 55 minutes this morning early. I've eaten really good today. Life is grand! The problem...I'm not used to jogging....I'm sore sore sore!
I have no idea where my weight is at either...second day of vacation and I haven't done great on either one. Oh well, I know that I always pick up the pieces and get back on track...maybe I should take your lead and head out for a jog in the morning...okay, more like a casual stroll in my case :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job jogging! I am sure you will do fine on vacation with your eating. It is difficult when you don't have 100% control of the eating. Just do the best you can, have FUN and when you get back, get right back on track. I'm here for you and know you can do it!

ReplyDeleteWay to go, I wasn't expecting you to be posting while on vacation but I'm really glad you are. Don't stop because your sore. Just slow down to a walk until the soreness goes. HAVE FUN FOR ALL YOUR BLOG BUDDIES.
